The system of contractual health facilities in which the rights from insurance policy are realized, encompasses only the private health facilities, specialist clinics and clinics on the whole area of the Republic of Croatia, which have passed a rigorous selection and categorization by Bâloise group. In a system of private health insurance Basler safe health, Asistenca, professional medical service of Basler osiguranje Zagreb, is available for each insuree for 24 hours in a day, through which insurees realize their rights to services from concluded insurance policy, and if necessary, they will receive various medical recommendations and information. Toll-free telephone number of Asistenca is printed on your ID card for private health insurance.
