Insurance of liability of owners, i.e. users of port for tourist or sports sea crafts (marina), moorings, anchorages
This insurance provides coverage from the liability of the owner, i.e. user of the port for tourist or sporting vessels (marinas), moorings, anchorages, for damages due death, injury to body or health, as well as the destruction or damage to property of third parties.
Port concessionaire for tourist or sporting vessels (marinas), moorings, anchorages, in its concession agreement with the competent state institution generally has an article which regulates insurance of liability of owner, i.e. user of such port (marina), mooring or anchorage. By concluding this insurance, the owner or user of such port (marina), mooring or anchorage fully satisfies the statutory provision regarding liability insurance.
